Closed, air-conditioned rooms trap the CO₂ people and mushrooms breathe out. Most CO₂ meters only show a number; the MychoAI CO₂ Controller also acts on it, switching a fan on when CO₂ is high and off when fresh air has done its job.
It is the same device for a grow room, a classroom or a gym — only the ON and OFF levels change. Readings go to MychoCloud so you can check any room from your phone and download records any time.
The NDIR sensor measures CO₂, temperature and humidity every few seconds and shows them on the display.
When CO₂ rises above the Fan ON level (default 1,000 ppm) the built-in relay starts the fan.
Once fresh air brings CO₂ down to the Fan OFF level (default 800 ppm) the fan stops, saving energy.
Every level can be changed from the front buttons or the app. Suggested levels for each space are listed on our Industries pages.

Not for most single-fan set-ups — mount the unit, plug the fan into its socket and set the levels. For larger fans or VFDs we recommend our installation service.
At breathing height (about 1.2–1.5 m) on an inside wall, away from doors, windows, AC outlets and direct sunlight.
No. Purifiers remove dust and particles but not CO₂. Only fresh air lowers CO₂ — which is what this controller manages.
Yes, with an optional Wi-Fi relay unit placed next to the fan.
A dedicated controller for the air handling unit of each mushroom cropping room.
